December 30, 2019 – Sai Hospitality Management Company and its affiliate Jai Jalaram Hotels, LLC announces the sale of the 71-key Hampton Inn Cumming. Acquired in September 2012, the Hampton Inn Cumming was renovated and has won several awards from Hilton as well as Tripadvisor.com. Sai Hospitality generated a gross annual Internal Rate of Return (“IRR”) of 65.4% and 7.8x whole dollar profits for its investors.
August 22, 2019 – Sai Hospitality Management Company, LLC announces the grand opening of the 104-key Holiday Inn & Suites Savannah Airport / Pooler (the “Hotel”). The Hotel is located adjacent at an outparcel and within walking distance of the Tanger Outlet Mall which has many stores and restaurants. The Hotel features a large and spacious fitness center, outdoor pool and fire pit area, meeting facilities and the Toast to Toast restaurant concept which is one of the first across the brand. Located off of Exit 104 and I-95, the Hotel’s address is 100 Outlet Parkway, Pooler, GA 31322. The opening manager is Dee Muff who joins the Holiday Inn from the former Holiday Inn located at 103 San Drive, Pooler, GA 31322. The new Holiday Inn is within a 5 minute drive to the Savannah Hilton Head International Airport and enjoys strong visibility along Interstate 95.
