About Us

Formed in 2009 with the foundational elements of empowerment, entrepreneurism and integrity, Sai Hospitality Management (“Sai”) has successfully led the development, acquisition and turnaround of all hotels it has managed.  With over $40 million of assets under management, Sai has partnered with leading hotel brands such as Hilton, IHG and Marriott and is an award-winning hotel management company.  Our hotel teams’ fundamental strategy is to provide memorable experiences for our guests, which our team implements on a daily basis through exceptional customer service.

With a long-term outlook in every decision we make, from hiring to marketing, as well as acquisitions and developments, we are methodical in our approach and adaptive to current market conditions.  In every action we take, we look to exceed the expectations of our stakeholders – our guests, our associates, our partner brands, and our investors.  Exceeding expectations and creating value on all of our projects is what we believe differentiates our company from our peers.

Each one of Sai’s associate takes a lot of pride in our hotels.  We believe that makes a huge difference in our operations.  Our General Managers are asked to be entrepreneurial in their decision making and treat each one of their hotels as if they owned it.

We are very engaged operators who work diligently to seek ways to increase customer satisfaction, market share and profitability.  In addition to brand standards, we have our own internal quality control processes which we conduct daily with each of our hotels.  To ensure excellent internal communications, we hold daily conversations with our associates and managers.  Our revenue management strategies are strong and successful.  Through our hands-on and pro-active approach; we have been able to achieve higher operating margins than our peers in all of our operations.

The hotels we managed have all won awards from the brands, local municipalities as well as the Internet travel websites including TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence and Hilton’s Circle of Excellence.

Sai Hospitality Management Company’s affiliate, Sai Capital has been focused on a disciplined investment strategy since its inception.  We conduct rigorous due diligence on target hotels and respective local markets as well as other factors to generate value-add or opportunistic returns for our investors, whether it’s a development deal or an acquisition opportunity.  With our collective backgrounds and due to our experiences in different economic cycles, we always underwrite all of our deals conservatively.  Through transparency and constant communication, we keep our investors informed and engaged throughout the lifecycle of an investment and are always looking to generate additional returns for our investors through our long-term outlook in every single decision we make – from hiring and operational decisions to acquisitions, developments and divestitures.
